I want to sell my website that is related to Seo Tutorials .
A lot of tutorials on SEO is there on my website .
The website is ranking 2-3 for Seo Tips keyword - 33000 exact monthly searches[currently 3 keep dancing in 2 and 3]
4-6 for Seo Tutorial - 9900 exact searches [ was 2 before for this ]
and 1 for a keyword having - 2000 searches
Apart of these site get organic traffic from many keywords from search engines easily .
Site has a forum also . Site get 350 unique visitors everyday from search engines and a very trusted name of Seo Tutorials .
You place an article promoting any software and it will be sold many times .
Revenue thru the website -
Revenue thru the website is 50-200 $ a month thru adsense and 200 $ approx. thru other affiliate items .One month it made 600 $ alone from selling senuke i will show you screenshot for it also .
Site has approx. 35-40 articles all original .
I have done a hell of link building for site and have bought a lot of packages for site . I have thrown above 1000 $ for buying link building services and i have done link building a lot using my softwares .
I have nearly all softwares Senuke , AMR , scrapebox , Xrumer , Sick submitter and have done a hell of link building for site . I had even bought links on actual pr hi pr network sites and currently 1 of those service is active .

Very Negative of site -->
The site has a very negative point and that is English of site . If you can re-write the article or can throw all articles to any article writer for re-writing then it would be very good for you .

Very positive of site -
Site is a killer site for email marketing . Site get a hell of visitors [ 350 uniques a day ] . It rank for keywords like "seo tutorials" "seo tutorial" and "seo tips" and people who are newbie to SEO search these keywords only therefore if you can setup an aweber from on it and then wait for 4 months and keep sending emails to people then you will make a hell of money every month that is for sure .
Site revenue does not matter much currently as with email marketing this site is a killer site . If you are the one who can wait 4 months then this site would be a diamond for you .
Site alexa will reach to 99999 very soon in 4-6 days max.

Why the hell i am selling this site -
Because i could not make it 1 for "seo tips"
no other reason .


How much i want -- 4500 $ we can negotiate a bit also .
