Got my traffic, the full 5k visitors, it tracked in GA which is all I really wanted to see. 95% bounce rate with an average of 1.05 page views per visit. I couldn't see where the traffic was coming from since he used a url shortening service to link my URL.

Overall he did what he said he would do, if you need to blast your sites with some visitors this should work.
