Site is averaging $708 per month the past 3 months selling leads to a law firm in Washington state.

With the sale of the website, you'll receive everything on the site including the Thesis Theme and several paid plugins, along with the contact information of the law firm to continue selling them qualified leads.

The only work I do to the site is to check the leads when they come in, remove contact info of the leads, forward them to the law firm. Once the law firm pays $150 to me via Paypal, I send them the email with the lead and contact information.

Don't ask for site URL in thread, shoot me a PM if you have the cash to purchase the site. Please remember it generates over $700 per month profit.
