I found this thread after he posted his how-to optimize your network for scrapebox thread.

This is actually just the thing I am looking for. Having my VA build these autoapprove lists can get a bit expensive with a few trip ups along the way. Buying a done-for-you package like this can avoid all that.

First thing you're getting a crap ton of stuff here. Unzipped this is 30+ megs of data.

The autoapprove list itself is a monster and having it broke up to separate sections like the .edu AA list is convenient.

If you don't already have your own comments file packed with spun comments there is one here included that's 5,000+ words.

The guide itself is very good. It runs down each kind of list, what they're useful for, and some best practices.

Do we need to set Scrapebox to initially learn the blogs in your Slow Poster list?

The slow poster list was run through blog analyzer to remove any blogs that Scrapebox cannot post on with the default database. As well, the majority of blogs included in all 3 list types are Wordpress CMS sites.

I was given the review copy by golden gloves I have run dozens of these scrapebox lists in the past, of varying quality - I have to say that this is definitely one of the better quality lists I have come across. Auto Approve List I ran this first, followed by the scrapebox link checker. At the end of it, I have placed and verified links in 75% of the 200k auto approve blog urls. I probably actually got more than this, but on some of the blogs the link checker timed out. There were very few spammed blogs on this list. On many of the blogs, there were just a handful of comments, some had less than 10. Very rare for a scrapebox auto approve list, so it is obviously not a rehash of past lists. There were also over 5k unique domains, which is nice, as often these lists will have just a few hundred unique domains. Moderated + captcha lists I never spent much time on these, as it is very time consuming to do manually. There is 120k blogs here that are manually approved - i tested some out by leaving relevant comments but so far none were approved. The same goes for the list which required a captcha. The upside of these is that they were not spammed, the downside is that it is very time consuming, and I think for many of them, the blog owner will simply deleted your comment without reading it, due to mass automated submissions. Overall this is a great list, however I would only personally only buy it for the auto approve blog list, which alone is worth more than the price being charged.
