I am looking for JV's who can invest in my project in return for a revenue share.

I have setup the plan in different steps for better understanding :

1. I will create a site from Scratch using Optimize Press ( preferably Dating Niche ).
2. I Will get an optin form and setup a complete 4 weeks follow up mails.
3. Get the site XRumer , ScrapeBox and SENukeX Blasts.
4. Get the ClickJacking Script for FB and Google+1 on the site.
5. Get the custom exit redirection script for redirecting visitors....
6. Will do alot of PPC Advertising using Adwords , FB and AOL Addesk

SO , Is Profit GUARANTEED ?

Yes , profitis definitely guaranteed , coz we will be getting targeted traffic from all these sources, and getting the offer filled by 3 ways ,

1. The visitors get redirected to an offer as soon as they optin.
2. The visitors get redirected to other even if they leave the website without optin ( exit viral )
3. We promote Weekly / daily to the opted-in list with targeted offer.

Yeah i know , this is not the right section , but what can i do , few days back i open a thread to ask whether or not there is a JV section , but unfortunately i havnt received any response to that and later that day i was a JV invitation in this section , so i decided to post it here.
