I sold out my account with circle but you can order a new account with circle. For people who don't understand I will explain the the point. I need to open new google account (email is not impotant) and then I join google+. After joining I need to choose name (ex.mark jones) or if you have a company or product a name of that. After that I make new google+ circle and I must add people manually (they can't leave my circle). When I add people into my circle I can advertise my products or company (all people in the circle will see your message, update or ads). The difference beetween facebook and g+ is that on facebook pages other people must like your fage (also they can unlike) and on g+ you must add them manually and the CAN'T leave your circle and they see all your messages you post in your circle. Google+ is perfect for advertising because I can add you 1 million people for only 10 000$ and you will get 1 million potential customers.

I tested it. I posted a message in the circle and 50 people +1 my message. When I post a message in the circle all members will see my message ( tested it with 2 accounts).
