Help [NEED] FB Ads Account
Hey,

As the title suggests, I need a FB account that has the Ads part activated and has a paypal account linked to it, it can be a pp that has been verified by a vcc, but it must be verified.

The reason i need someone else to make it for me is cos FB have blocked all my credit/debit cards, paypal and name/address, so every time I try to make a new account, it gets disabled due to:

"Ad Manager Error
Our systems have detected unusual payment activity on your account. As a security precaution, the payments functionality on your account has been disabled and all of your ads have been stopped. For more information, please <a href="/help/contact_us.php?id=189823244398879" target="_blank">contact us</a>."
