EMD Website For Sale - Ranks 1st Page on Google (#5) - 2,900 EXACT Searches Per Month
I have an exact match domain for sale. It has 2,900 exact global searches per month and is a .com. It's ranking on the first page of Google, Bing, and Yahoo (#5 on Google and #1 on Bing and Yahoo). I've never done anything to monetize it. I actually bought it from Flippa for a project I had in mind, but then I realized I didn't have time for it. It's easily worth $150 or more, but I want to make this a quick sale so the price is $90. I didn't buy this for the usual reasons (in other words, to monetize it) so I never tracked visitors and have absolutely no stats unfortunately.
As I said I purchased the site off Flippa and if you've been around for a while you'll know that's not the best place to buy a site from. But from what I can tell, this site has never been banned or had any kind of penalty. Actually, the ranking has increased since I purchased it. What I can't check is if it's been banned by AdSense, Bidvertizer, or any other ad serving service like that. If you'd like to use a service like that, please PM me a code snippet so I can add it to the site and make sure it works before purchasing the site. I don't want to mistakenly sell a dud here and as most of you know, a lot of the sites on Filppa have been banned in some way and are being sold by some lowlife scammer. PM me for the URL.
