Selling thin-developed EMD which made $1200 last month
I've decided to sell a site of mine that is rather young and making good money but could be making a lot more.
With that said the site made just under $1200 last month from adsense, amazon, ebay, and a little bit of this and that. By this and that I mean that I ran a content locking test for three days which made and additional $111. Site has also been doing great at growing it's email list with about 2600 people thus far. List grows at a rate of 60-80 opted in emails per day. But the fact of the matter is that someone with a little more time and more skill than me can probably make a killing off this site. I don't see any reason why this site can't do $5K a month with more content or from some better affiliate experience than I have. (just being honest). If you are interested in the site PM me and we can talk. If you are interested in a JV, I'm also completely open to that. I have been looking privately for someone to work over the last two weeks but hadn't come across anyone with skills. |

I thought I will add in some of the main questions I've received.
Yes, the site has been running Google Analytics since day one so traffic can be proven. It's also running Getclicky if you swing that way. The site also has some valuable inlinks, the type you can't buy  -wikpedia -gizmodo -youtube social blog All PMs responded to. |
