Need any Country - Verified Paypal - Except Indian Paypal
Hello
I am in need of any country verified paypal , and not an Indian paypal.I will be using the paypal to send and recieve funds only , I will not be using it to with draw .The Paypal should Be verified , and no sending and recieving limits . It should be non risky , I can pay 30$ for a proper good paypal which suits my conditions , I can pay after I get the paypal , I will recieve a fund of 35$ to check the paypal and pay 30$ to you to test .And then I will start using it in normal way according to my own uses . If you are interested , pm me , thanks  and btw , i dont mind if it is a old paypal with 0$ balance , but i should get complete access to the email associated with the account and the paypal account .
