I'm interested in buying websites (including domain name and content) that are cheap.

- that you don't have time to develop further or
- has ignored for a long time and sitting idle or

Conditions for the site and for sale -

- Strictly no Gambling, Porno, Pharma or illegal stuffs

- Preference for travel, personal blogs, babies, toys, technology etc.

- Domain name should be any tld ( .com , .net, .org in that order) and .in or any other globally accepted gtld.

- PR not important but the pages should be indexed by Google. I don't want names that are de-indexed from google.

- Sites should have Unique content (spun is ok, but no PLRs).

- I may or may-not retain the website / pages intact. I might redevelop the names. So if you sold lifetime links etc, or made some previous link commitments on the site, then don't bother.

- Send me the lowest price for which you are ready to sell the name. If the price is ok and the site is interesting, I'll reply. No negotiations. No reply means I'm not interested.

- You should transfer all the relevant files, databases etc that are related to the site and also transfer the name to my godaddy account once I accept your offer and make payment.

- Maximum budget - USD $25. If you think your site is more valuable and can get better value elsewhere, feel free to go elsewhere and don't waste your (and my) time in contacting me.
