Looking for Business partners to to start a IM forum

I am looking for Life Long serious Business partner regarding launching and developing a forum.Typically , the forum can be webmaster /Internet Marketing The script i recommend is vbulletin and i have plenty of ideas on how to market /promote our forum , income sources for our forum etc.All i need is an investor right now , Investment is 500$-600$ required to start our forum.Investor invest once in life long for the forum.I take care of maintainence etc.I will also take care of earning from the forum and marketing/developing the forum as i have my own ways and ideas .

Benefits of an investor :

1.You invest money and take rest , weekly we share the revenue 50/50 life long .

2.No need to do any additional work for the forum .After the first week , simply expect a regular income and you focus on your own job .

3.I can do all technical works , seo works , promotion works , marketin works with my own time and money , you still recieve a weekly stable income .

Yeah , Internet Marketing forum .Its just like wikedfire , etc .But to achieve the rank of what wicked fire is , I have to take 3-4 months with my complete ideas and strategies which i would explain to the other partner .

I don't think WF rules allow such threads to be made here since that forum is essentially a competor site. Leaving that aside why would you need 600$ to just start a Forum ? What are you going to spend it on?

What would make your forum better than other forums?

Do you even know how hard getting frequent posters together is?

I have read the rules before posting this thread , and still if it is not allowed , Wicked fire would never keep it online for past 4 days .
600$ ---------> Vbulletin script and license -- . 285$ , Hosting , domain---->40$( depends) , Logo , template ,mods like VB SEO , extra features , web design --->150$ - 200$ , And the rest can be used for initial promotion .

I can discuss or show my proposal of how he forum would be better than others , how sucess is guaranteed , ROI , How safe is the investment , etc completely with any one who approaches me to start up the forum , But definitely not out here in public .YOu can ask this to me in pm .

I already have 40+ forum posters contact with me right there in my skype , so that should not at all be a problem to me .

There are lot of IM forums out here already, what you think yours gonna be unique?? Gonna provide free seo service or what?? Seriously $500 is not necessary for starting a vbulletin forum!!

vbulletin license - You can get it for $100 in dp(2nd hand)
Hosting - ($100)
Vbseo - Not necessary, not a big use really. Trust me i run 2 forums.
Graphics - $75

So $275 is enough & for promoting you can spend $100.

Forums are dying these days, unless you come with something unique!!

I am a vbulletin coder, so creating a forum should not be a big deal for me!!
