Wow, he's quick!! PM'd OP for the review and an hour later got a response with the keyword + info.

The KW I received has 4400 global monthly searches and a $1.75 CPC. The EMD .net and .org was available. Obviously I registered it without hesitation.

The excel sheet which contained all the information and research about the KW was awesome. Very clean and easy to read. It contained search trends, related long tail keywords, and even a screen shot of Traffic Travis's analysis of the KW difficulty (which for the KW I've gotten, looks to be SUPER easy to rank for).

I contacted Seo Master Man for a review last night and he was a very friendly guy to deal with. I received a message from him this morning with a link to a file share site.

The keyword I got has 3600 local searches, $1.96 PPC. Looking at the top ten sites very quickly I saw that there are definitely related ads in google! I was very with this being a marketable keyword but Seo Master man delivered! . The competition might be a little hard to crack but it looks worth it!

I was pretty impressed with the excel report that contained all of the information and keyword research you could desire. Traffic travis screen shot, google trends, etc. I actually didn't even realize that if I scrolled down the sheet there was a list of about 1K related search terms with all of their traffic, PPC, competition level, etc.

If he can consistently deliver KWs like this I would buy from without hesitation.

Question to the OP and the members that received review copies: Are these keywords that provide enough relevant ads to convert? I got my feet wet with MFA sites by buying of the 1000+ micro niche services and learned the hard way that monthly searches don't matter if the keyword doesn't have enough AdWords demand to convert.

While no one can 100% guarantee that you will get clicks, I do make sure that you arent getting a niche like "how many licks does it take to get to center of tootsie pop." I hope that answers your question, but dont let anyine ever try to tell you a niche is clickable because no one can guarantee it. I know this may not answer your question 100% however no one can answer this fully.

Thanks for your reply. While it is true that no one can 100% guarantee that you will get clicks, there are obviously keywords that get more relevant ads than others, and this is a big factor when it comes to CTR. I just wanted to make sure this wasn't another micro niche "expert" that is selling EMD keywords that have no value.

I just wanted to take a minute to write about an issue I have run into with 2 customers that have ordered my niche service.

It seems that some people who have bought my service are under the impression that unless these niches are related to a physical product (that someone can buy), than they aren't "profitable" or "marketable." In my personal experience, and the personal experiences of others that I've researched over the last few years, is that this is entirely false -- at least in my opinion. Information based websites, that provide general information/factual information about a niche, are in fact 100% marketable and profitable. I've never really created a niche website that promotes one particular product, and in my opinion, this seems like its too broad to make money, and the real money is providing information to people.

That being said, if you'd like to place an order, but have special requirements about your keyword, please do let me know in advance. My ultimate goal is to provide a great niche service that is targeted for everyone, but, at the same time, I'd like to be able to be a niche provider that somewhat "custom tailors" my orders.

This is a great service.

Please note for $10 don't expect him to do the work for you. He is providing you with an excellent KW.

I find that the difficultly for the KW was /slightly/ higher than traffic travis or similar services may mention, given that the TLDs have 50mil + backlinks. But the actual ranking pages have <200 in most cases and should be easy to rank for.

This is not a /super niche/ rank #1 easy type KW. You will have to work for these. But they are also not $1 CPC KWs. They are much higher and have a much greater reward. Also from what I've seen you have other options besides Adsense to monitize. One of these KWs I've gotten from him have a good aff program to work with and I think will be very profitable.

The reporting is A+. $10 is a steal for this i do believe.

Yeah, that shouldn't be a problem at all. We don't keep that many keywords on hand, we pretty much research each order as they come in. We don't want to have KWs sitting for a while, just on the off chance some other person scoops it up.
