Are you guys saying I'm selling too high or selling too low? I can't tell. First time I have tried selling a website.

Honestly, I won't be too upset if it doesn't sell at all. I could just expand on it. I just wanna start on another project.

The price doesn't look so bad. Especially if thats all unique content?

That site has potential with that traffic and the CTR could probably be improved.

Yep its all unique content. And a lot of the content is at least 500 words. A few even passing 800 words.
