Can someone tell me why anyone would spend $60 - $330 on Twitter accounts with followers?

Why not just open a twitter account yourself for free and then go on Fiverr and buy followers?

It really depends what you will be using the Twitter account for.

For me, I only gain super targeted followers on all of my Twitter accounts, this increases the quality of my account & followers.

If this guy is following people who just tweet something generic like #TeamFollowBack, his follower base will be random and sorta useless. They will not interested in what the account has to offer at all.

Building up a Twitter account takes a bit of time to pass the 2k follower limit so you're really paying for not having to deal with that bs.

seems sorta strange selling accounts like this, I feel like the followers they have will be random and untargeted.
