Proxies can make bank in the school year if you do them correctly. Set them up in networks of 5+ (some people do it by the hundred), slap a bunch of adsense on the ugly frontpage, some adversal on proxified pages, and when you're done, sell it.

You'll need a dedicated server. Setting the proxies up is pretty easy, but if you aren't too familiar with PHP and stuff this will be a valuable service. His prices don't sound too bad.

Just wanted to let everyone know that after purchasing a proxy from this guy the server hes hosting it on his horribly over sold and went down a lot. Then recently its just been down permanently.

He won't respond to PMs and the server remains down.
