May i ask how the userability and easeability is for this? Is it something that is difficult to learn at first and will take a long time to get used to or is it more self explanatory?

One license = one site, unlimited products/pages? How many themes are there? Are they easy to modify?

Yes, one License for 1 website, but unlimited products.

We have only 1 theme for now.

If you want to modify them, there is 3 html files, with build in macros system. you can modify them.

I noticed that the earnings are from 2011. Do you have a screenshot from 2012 after Panda and Penguin updates? I am assuming that you have to add a lot of original content to get it to rank well - correct?
