This is cool because the links are guaranteed, but at the same time it could be a problem.

Google doesnt like directories that accept any links and already started to lower their PR, soo if ure submitting to those kind of site then its not worth it to pay 60$ for 100 links, when u can get it at 7$ ( not guaranteed )
 
Google is banning paid directories and all my directories are free and seo friendly and well indexed in google :) so this is goo deal for all of you :)
