1) Learn a programming language, I don't care which one..php, perl, ruby, whatever.
2) Code a script to create accounts and stumble your sites..
3) Get some proxies
4) profit

It's not that easy. StumbleUpon actually uses an algorithm. Different accounts hold different weight. The weight is dependent upon what sites they stumble, how often they are active, what kind of sites they stumble, how many friends they have and so on. The amount of weight these accounts hold determines how much traffic and exposure you will get.

I don't know. It may work to some extent.
