Sneakercut.com is a very unique e-commerce venture marketed towards shoe collectors.

The websites main attraction are the shoes it sells but the main source of its profit is the well-sold "Sneaker Club" subscription service which gives each subscriber discounted prices for the shoes on the website.

This website has been very well-maintained but has NEVER been marketed beyond the initial launch campaign in Late 2006 which consisted of link trades on popular websites/forums, since then I haven't spent a single dollar on marketing this website, yet it remains profitable and continues to gain organic traffic. Most of the websites traffic has been maintained by good support and word of mouth. If anyone decided to do even a small marketing campaign this sites revenue would easily multiply.

Revenue Details:

Sneakercut.com has 2 main sources of revenue, the "Sneaker Club" subscription service which is the majority of the websites profit, and individual sneaker sales to subscribers.

Sneakercut is also very competent when Adsense is placed on the website, it generates about $100 a month with 6,000 Visits a month. Currently Adsense is removed from the website in order to generate more subscriptions.
Traffic Details:

The Majority (Around %70) of our traffic comes from search engines, another %20 comes from direct visits, and finally %10 from links on other websites.
