3 million, 7 million, who the fuck cares? It could be 1 billion emails. For that price, think about how many spam traps are in that list, and how much it will end up costing you in fines and lawsuits.

If anyone is dumb enough to purchase the list, they deserve whatever shit comes down on them for mailing to it.
