1-2 accounts = $9
2-5 accounts = $8
5+ accounts = $7

Just FYI, these accounts get shut down by Google pretty quickly. One guy opens up a ton of accounts with vouchers and VCCs, and then hawks them on DigitalPoint (how this guy ended up at WF is beyond me). DP has gone so far as to ban the selling of activated AdWords accounts, and if DigitalPoint bans something, you know there's a real issue, as they let pretty much any crap get sold there...

I'll second that...I bought a couple on DP some time ago and they got shut down super fast. If you want to go the multiple accounts route, buy VCCs and make the accounts yourself.

FYI, why DP banned activated adwords account threads:
#1: account not working
#2: seller won't refund
#3: too many scammers

just a heads up for everybody else trying to buy adwords activated account next time. Now Google detects VCC by looking at Bank's BIN.
BIN = Bank Identification Number. First 6 digit of VCC, CC, DC, VDC. It will never change.

So you need to generate VCC from fresh unbanned bank according to Google (boy, who knows which bank?).
