I may as well make better use of this language. French is a national language in France and 30 other countries.

I can do the following for you:

• Construct Ad-Copy for French Offers.
• Landing Page Translation.
• Keyword List Translation (Keep in mind, this won't be cheap.Translating long lists of short or long-tail keywords is horrible.)
• Assist you in finding a French offer to promote.
• URL recommendation
• Whatever else you would need that involves French and its various applications.

I am fluent in French, though I do not have highly-technical (i.e. obscure car parts, components of a particle accelerator) translation ability. Keep this in mind when contacting me.

Sounds interesting, you're basically building somebody else's PPC campaign in french. Why don't you just do that yourself? You're doing everything from keyword translation, landing page translation, even ad copy translation, url recommendation? assisting in finding an offer to run? Really if you can do all this, you should do this yourself, from what I've heard the markets in international areas is not nearly as competitive in the u.s.,

I already run a couple French campaigns, but I am still just a college student without the capital, credit limit, etc. of one who decided to migrate toward affiliate marketing after already establishing himself financially.

Essentially, my room for failure is smaller.

As a result, I am using this as a way to put an otherwise unnecessary skill I possess to use to make some safe money on the side to mildly compensate should a campaign end up in the red.
