Basically, I have had the domain for a long ass time now, but finally developed it on June 2nd, this month. Basically I heavily modified a free Wordpress Theme and used the SEO knowledge I have to amplify any efforts that go into the site. Well, in my conquest for creating unique content (all done by myself) I realized it was going to take a bit more time than I thought. So I committed the cardinal sin of marketing and began another project, and another, etc. So I neglected this website now for almost a month, and then noticed it is getting some serious searches for related terms and articles on the FEW articles and reviews I posted.

So I figure, this has to be worth something to someone... I am only taking offers at the moment, but I will update this thread regularly with the current offer. I do have a number in mind that I will not sell below.

Revenue in the past 24 days of the active website is only 14 cents. However, I only have a measly adsense banner at the top of the site. So basically I am not even monetizing it.

Site obviously built on Wordpress, newest version.

I have attached screenshots of analytics, but trust me, they are nothing great to look at. However, traffic does appear to be coming from search for the few terms I have targeted thus far.

This website has TONS of potential. The domain is awesome (keyword rich) and the layout of the website is very easy to navigate. I have done all of the work for you, it just needs someone to add content and grow the site.

Oh wow... I didn't even look at those pics once they were uploaded... They should be 1000px wide... Interesting. I will update that post with a direct link.

As I mentioned in the original post, the analytics are obviously nothing much to look at.. but it gives you an understanding that if I can rank within 20 days or so for a few models of LCD TVs that I reviewed, then adding more to the site would obviously get picked up too. This site can easily grow at an explosive rate with some serious attention.
