I have noticed that some of the best programmers some times lack design skills. This is possibly due to the fact that most programmers use the left side of their brain that allows them to work with programming code well, while designers tend to use the right side of the brain for creative purposes.

I am looking for a talented website development company to partner up with. You can do amazing things with programming, but you lack even the basics of layout design; and I have some of the best design skills in the industry but programming code looks pretty much like hieroglyphic chicken scratches to me.
