well, it doesnt matter what site; whether developed or not! the lense will point towards your site and if its good with atractive content then people will browse and check out if not they go off! i guess thats how it works ! i provide excellent lens which will have good content! its up to you whatever you put in your site! hope i have answered!

besides, if your site is new; you would want to expose it.. squidoo lens is a fairly good choice ..by the days, its gets popular..

Got my first lens from Elite..what can i say..the lens looks excellent..plus he did everything he promised in the thread..i targetted a few chosen low comptetitive keywords and he got my lens ranking in the first page of Google for those terms..will use his service again..highly recommended..will leave an itrader soon
