I'm looking for some logos designed for my sites, I have 3 that I want to get done,

I'm looking for professional quality, with a good quality lcon with the logo, that is unique and brandable.

I had one guy working on it, and he basically gave me an OK logo text (which I could have done myself), and a friggin clipart as my icon.

He advertised his services as 100% copyrightable... which was bollox. How can I copyright someone elses clipart..
