Need: Organic MarketinG Analyst (Full time / In-House)

We are one of the fastest growing technology and marketing companies in country and have a unique opportunity for an entry level organic marketing analyst. Experience is a plus, but not required. We are looking to train the right person to look at organic search in the same way we do.

The right person for this job will have:- Strong Problem solving & analytical skills
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Strong understanding of how to use search engines
- Passion about the web and your job
- Self starter, Driven to Succeed
- Self Disciplined (ability to manage own time)
- Willing to do tedious mundane work as needed
- Flexible in regards to work
- Ability to learn new task quickly
- Independent learner
- Proficient in excel, word, email, & the web in general
- Great communication skills and work well with a team
- Programming skills a plus
Job duties will include (but are not limited to):- Track and analyze site performance, user behavior and conversions through the use of Analytics
- Track and analyze search engine rankings and algorithm changes
- Perform keyword research, maintain keyword inventory, and manage the targeting of keywords across properties
- Research, implement and manage linking campaigns and partnership opportunities
- Aggregate and communicate findings effectively in a way to allow actionable decisions
- Research current search and web trends and continually monitor new advancements in organic marketing
- Maintain inventory of our websites and their technical specifications
- Perform competitive analysis and maintain an inventory of our vertical
- Monitor and aggregate changes in our vertical providing actionable reports to management
- Aid in documenting internal best practices for organic marketing
