Edit: Just want to add in something else. If did notice, the OP stated that he will get the client 100 diggs within 24 hours. You're giving clients 100 diggs within 32 hours. The OP service is much better than yours, since you can only hit the front page within 24 hours of your article being submitted. So with the OP; you have a bigger chance of hitting the front page as long as his service is legit.
