I am new to the community, but I am not a “noob” by any measure. . . .

Recently, I hired out the 100 DIGG service in 24 hours provided by WF user - jessi007.
It became quite clear that he is not able to provide the service, so I politely asked for a refund.
I feel that I was more than lenient . . . I gave him just under 1 week to provide his 24 hours service.

I only edited that part where I give him my domain to “DIGG” since I don’t want this post to be considered link spam.

The oldest is at the bottom . . . the most recent is at the top.

I already told you in a previous message to DIGG the most recent article since you and I both know you cant digg an article 100 times that is 5 days old and expect it to get the front page . . .

That's the whole purpose of using your service is to try and get to the front page . . .

While this is true . . . he stated numerous times that he would provide a refund if he was unable to complete the task.
He never really made the nature of the article a point of contention.

If one provides a service in a specific time frame then it should be held accountable on that basis . . . if one feels there is going to be a problem providing that service within the given timeframe, or if one recognizes early on that he/she cannot provide the service, and then proper communication should take place to prevent confusion.

In stark contrast to the above common sense approach, he kept stating that if he didn't provide the service he would give a refund. . . . Hence it’s what I expected.

The deal was to get 100 organic diggs, and judging from the links you posted, that condition was not satisfied. You did get 129 across three articles, which does show that you made a good-faith effort, but the job was not completed as promised.

Plaster a smile on your face, take the loss, and add some conditions to the jobs you accept to prevent this from happening again. This is business and you will take losses from time to time. $40 for a lesson on terms & conditions is a cheap lesson to learn.

For 99% of submissions, these accounts work fine. But if one contradicts the basis for the account, you're going to get demolished. ESPECIALLY in digg which is heavily liberal.

That said, if it can't be done a refund should be given, but it's idiotic to blame him for not being able to do it in this special case. Shit, on most anti-obama articles you could even have BOTS voting it up and not hit the front page just because of the bury brigade.

I have already placed ordered with him and I am about to receive my 100th digg in just a coupl of minutes. I am currently at 95 diggs.

* There are a couple of digg service provider here and out of them ajaykumarmeher is most reliabale.
