You can always download the site for offline viewing. Then use Dreamweaver to create your own website, based on the design layout and actual files you downloaded. If you already own the software, then your cost would be free.
 
Thanks for the help, but I want to know how much should will it cost to get this kind of web design from my designers? How much should a designer charge to make a site like this .
 
That's a simple CMS site - depending on where you go (onshore or offshore), and the quality of the designer, and whether you do the text input or the designer does it, you bill could be anywhere from $400-$4000.
