It is now about 20 hours, since I gave my details to Noblesoul to get the review submission started.

About 6 hours into the process I had about 100 emails that I had to confirm and now 20 hours later I currently have another 30 odd emails, so submissions are under way.

I'll report more later as the work carries on

The submission is now complete and I have confirmed over 400 emails I am guessing. It took about 2 days all up and the emails seemed to come in waves of about 100 then a few hours later another 100 or so.

I have also received my submission report of the directories listed about 100 of them are PR4 or above of the rest they average at around PR2.

I am quite happy with the service provided and at this stage I would recommend NobleSoul if you are considering this type of service.

Update: After almost 24hrs I bought this service, I have received 19 out of 50 directory confirmations.
Although, the service was pretty fast and acceptable (at least for the price), some directories aren't that SEF (e.g. index.php?c=2197) and in some cases the OP did not submit to the right categories...

On the overall I think this service must be tested and you should give it a try.

Pardon my interruption to the flow. What about the threat of search engine penalization for having unnatural looking bunches of new links appearing, particularly for the small timers who have a total of 10 links, suddenly have x10 or x100 the number. Has anyone experienced the down side? (I can't image it too deadly, or it would be used to torpedo the competition)

Instead of the quick turnaround these services promise, I would rather get a trickle spread over a couple of weeks. One model I considered, pay an account balance up front, allowing micro sets of additions to be ordered up periodicly.
