Are these submissions manual? I would be needed 500 as i am too busy to do it myself atm. No Upfront, payment after work !

These submissions are completely manual.
Sorry to say this but you are very new here and has not got any itrades..so i can work only on upfront payment.
If someone with 20+ itraders wants i can take 50 % payment after completeion.
