I got an article from the OP. It's somewhat short, though, since it's a review copy, I suppose that's ok. If I was simply looking for content to fill the page, it would be perfect. The article is keyword dense, and covers the topic well. In general, it's obvious that it wasn't written by a native english speaker and while all the content is there, the organization makes no sense.

The article passed copyscape. Probably worth about the price he's charging.
