I think your pricing is unfair, Considering some of the ways you make money come from outside monetization. When I buy the site listing auctions on ebay is not something I should have to do for revenue to the site.

The value should come from adsense, EPN and things we can set up within the site.

Don't you think that would be a better way to gage things.

The ebay thing was just to test the manuals which worked very very well. So i added it as an extra dimension .. cause i was getting hit with shitloads of traffic from people looking for unlocking manuals and software.

I have been actively tweaking the site and the traffic, if you want google analytics access increases by the week.

I just added the new manuals for unlocking iphone 3gs and unlocking using the iphone 3g os 3.0 and search around, everyone is charging over 30 dollars for each.

I have the top positions for unlocking iphone 2g and all i need to do is replace the manuals (which i should do before the night is over) with the latest unlocking software complete with videos.
Sure no one wants to buy potential, then again.. the site is ranked no. 1 for unlocked iphones and on the front page for other super competitive iphone unlocking terms which you would have to spend over 30 dollars per day just to test and see if it works.

For this site i wont base the value of the site on just adsense, epn and chitika. The domain itself is worth at least 2k and thats something we cant argue about.

If you have what you think is a fair price, then go ahead and lay it out. If you dont want to buy the site, fair and square.

If you are stupid enough to think that all websites not making money with adsense/epn or some other automated method are unfair then I suggest you retire from this industry.

Think about it you are getting a site that has over 500 visitors a day looking for items that are selling for 500 each.
Now you may ask, so genius if it has so many visitors why not monetise it and keep it.
Its a time thing for me and as trigatch said opportunity. I have some offline opportunities that have come up that are worth pursuing and if selling my best website at wholesale price then so be it.

I could try to offload some crappy domains but why bother. You are getting the website as is.. already with traffic, rankings and making money. Already as of today i beleive the domain has brought in 40 bucks epn in 4 days.
I have been tweaking the website non stop trying to capitalise on the traffic to the maximum.
You are also getting a aweber account with close to 1000 subscribers, i mean shit.... what more do you want.

Bofu, i really appreciate that. That site may look like shit, but it converts so damn well its unbeleivable. I try to keep the graphics to a minimum and i just shifted and removed chitika from the sidebar.
I will be replacing adsense on the site with banners to the unlocking manuals and taking out epn from the frontpage.
Ill be adding the option to buy the iphones from unlocked iphones on the site.

Iphones 3gs unlocked are going for 1,000 each. I mean shit, i am not basing this site on the revenue from adsense and chitika or epn.. i am using that as a base to show you yea.. this site has potential and if you have a high acru, go through the epn data i think i get over 10 per month.
If you have something along 20 bucks acru.. instantly thats an extra 200 per month added to your bottom line that doesnt include the 40 to 50 bucks profit per successful bid on each phone.
I appreciate the sensibility showed and open to all offers lol even production heads 300 offer is appreciated lol.

@enigma - i have a mailing coming up tommorow for the members who have already used the old manuals to unlock their old iphones. The new iphone os 3.0 just came out .. meaning at some point they will upgrade their itunes and to the new os.

wo wo gentlemen.. relax .. its just a website. I am not offended at all Mr Jason, actually i agree on some instances it makes sense to value the website on things like adsense, ebay partner net.. or chitika. Especially when you are dealing with things like dashed domains, crappy niches i.e free web hosting, hosted picture galleries e.t.c where here today, gone tommorow.

1. ranked no. one on both google and yahoo
2. its already making money and have barely plastered adsense like some websites do. You know over 6 banners on the same page.
My ads are well blended into the content.. if you log in tonight, watch how i change up the sales process.
3. You are getting a site that is being subscribed to on auto pilot, before the end of the day it should have an extra 30 people on the mailing list.
4. The website is getting over 10 acrus, i dont have alot of websites and i am sure this can rise practically over night if you already have an account getting something on the range of 15- 28 acrus in your account. e.t.c

while going through the analytics today i gathered something interesting.

It seems theres a renewed intrest in iphone 2gs. Even though iphone 3g s (dumb name) is now king of the castle complete with video editing(ive tested it and its unreal) , thanks to the economy and TMOBILE(hehe) with their cheap as shit plans; more people can now wager a couple of hundred dollars on the iphone 2g.
Funny to think that we are calling it the old iphone because that papi is still one of my favourite iphones to tinker with i.e unlocking jailbreaking e.t.c.
The old iphones are still going for over 250 on ebay which by itself is amazing.

unlockediphones.com still holds high rankings for iphone 2g unlocking terms. I had an interesting question from one of the members asking wow, there are so many unlocking websites out there.. true there are loads of websites but only about 20% of them actually have a piece of the pie of the top search engine traffic. I currently own the unlocked iphones traffic on both yahoo and google.
Think about it, the christmas season is just around the corner. Some of you guys are really really good with Ppc. If you are looking for a domain and a niche where the cpas are over 40 bucks a pop rev share with ebay - this is it.

You should see the domain i just bought for 75 bucks.

This is something that i am learning - holding onto assets because they are worth alot of money is silly. Dont be afraid to sell them if you totally beleive in your ability to get back in the grind and find another asset of equal or greater value.
Plus the things i am going to do with the money i will get right now will make me more money than i would holding onto the domain unlockediphones.com

. So its a win win situation which is pretty cool.
I was chatting with this guy who had a domain he could have sold for 80k 4 years ago and he held on it because he thought the value would continously rise but hes trying to offload the domain for 15k now.
Honestly i told him the best he can get is 3 - 5k in this market without revenue proof and thats the truth.

I beleive the domain i will be getting should make double that in about 4 months

and i bought it for cheap as some wonderful dude let it expire.

There are so many opportunities in the domaining game right now its a little bit crazy.

I try to keep the graphics to a minimum and i just shifted and removed chitika from the sidebar. I will be replacing adsense on the site with banners to the unlocking manuals and taking out epn from the frontpage. Ill be adding the option to buy the iphones from unlocked iphones on the site. Iphones 3gs unlocked are going for 1,000 each. I mean shit, i am not basing this site on the revenue from adsense and chitika or epn.. i am using that as a base to show you yea.. this site has potential and if you have a high acru, go through the epn data i think i get over 10 per month. If you have something along 20 bucks acru.. instantly thats an extra 200 per month added to your bottom line that doesnt include the 40 to 50 bucks profit per successful bid on each phone. Especially when you are dealing with things like dashed domains, crappy niches i.e free web hosting, hosted picture galleries e.t.c where here today, gone tommorow. In unlockediphones.com instance.. i am basing it on 1. ranked no. one on both google and yahoo 2. its already making money and have barely plastered adsense like some websites do. You know over 6 banners on the same page. My ads are well blended into the content.. if you log in tonight, watch how i change up the sales process. 3. You are getting a site that is being subscribed to on auto pilot, before the end of the day it should have an extra 30 people on the mailing list. 4. The website is getting over 10 acrus, i dont have alot of websites and i am sure this can rise practically over night if you already have an account getting something on the range of 15- 28 acrus in your account. e.t.c You are a smart guy Jason, i am sure you get it. It seems theres a renewed intrest in iphone 2gs. Even though iphone 3g s (dumb name) is now king of the castle complete with video editing(ive tested it and its unreal) , thanks to the economy and TMOBILE(hehe) with their cheap as shit plans; more people can now wager a couple of hundred dollars on the iphone 2g. Funny to think that we are calling it the old iphone because that papi is still one of my favourite iphones to tinker with i.e unlocking jailbreaking e.t.c. The old iphones are still going for over 250 on ebay which by itself is amazing. unlockediphones.com still holds high rankings for iphone 2g unlocking terms. I had an interesting question from one of the members asking wow, there are so many unlocking websites out there.. true there are loads of websites but only about 20% of them actually have a piece of the pie of the top search engine traffic. I currently own the unlocked iphones traffic on both yahoo and google. Think about it, the christmas season is just around the corner. Some of you guys are really really good with Ppc. If you are looking for a domain and a niche where the cpas are over 40 bucks a pop rev share with ebay - this is it. Current bids stand at 4k with a bin of 6500. Just to be on the offense, i have also contacted Ricklatonas partner should the guy bidding on flippa decide to go Awol and there are a couple of guys from Dnforum going through the analytics with a fine comb and i know they like what they see. This is something that i am learning - holding onto assets because they are worth alot of money is silly. Dont be afraid to sell them if you totally beleive in your ability to get back in the grind and find another asset of equal or greater value. Plus the things i am going to do with the money i will get right now will make me more money than i would holding onto the domain unlockediphones.com . So its a win win situation which is pretty cool. I was chatting with this guy who had a domain he could have sold for 80k 4 years ago and he held on it because he thought the value would continously rise but hes trying to offload the domain for 15k now. Honestly i told him the best he can get is 3 - 5k in this market without revenue proof and thats the truth. I beleive the domain i will be getting should make double that in about 4 months and i bought it for cheap as some wonderful dude let it expire. There are so many opportunities in the domaining game right now its a little bit crazy.
