I have had this tennis blog for almost a year, the domain expires tomorrow, in fact. There has been a lot of work done on the blog and on getting high in search engine rankings, (it's on the first page of Google) back links, (has 20 something Yahoo at my last check, ) SEO work,. etc.

I will take $200 for it today. I don't have time to devote to it and I know it could be a huge money maker. There is about $30 in Adsense generated a month so far.

For what key you optimized this blog? I see about 15 backlinks which is really NOT that much (you can get them in an hour and it took you a year to optimize that site?). I bet $50 through PP.

The back links are organic, there was very little done in the way of generating back links, just a little.

Here is an estimate of it's worth, over $1100

btw, a site is only worth what people will pay. Plus, a site whose only income is $1 a day with adsense isn't going to pull you much more than a couple months trailing adsense earnings.
