Scale what? Scale servers? Scale for more traffic? Scale ad distribution?

Basically what we have is..campaigns running on big 3 (google, yahoo, msn) for a lot of verticals. We also have quite a few accounts from several different ips already.

What we need to do is basically get someone to help us launch more of our campaigns under the big 3 from different ips/locations. We already have the campaign data and related materials.
