40 bucks, man not that bad. I usually pay between $10-$15 per thousand. Most of them stick for a loooong time and work just fine. If you have a rc left hook me up for a honest review of your account creation business.
 
i just tested a few accounts at random. they are confirmed and ready for use.

one aspect i found clever is that the login names don't use numbers at all. three or four digit strings obviously make accounts look spammy. this should ensure the accounts don't get as much heat from google.
