If you are taking out the article then I don't see a reason you are selling it for 60$. I have seen guys offering 20$ and even 15$.

I've sold 8 accounts before and not even one guy complained. The account will never got expired or baned. If you find anyone offering at such low price, you can buy from them. As I know, only few people (4-5) are selling them and all of them charging upto $100.
