Let me highlight: RefererX is far different than PRStorm or any other tool that is base on referer spam. RefererX penetrates newer logs such as wordpress.com, feedjit.com and wowzio. All this is JavaScript base logs which most other tool fail to penetrate into.

It definitely works. The site I tried it on got a fair bit more traffic You can fairly easily "send" traffic from WordPress.com's referrer logs (I think it shows up in the admin area) and all the other sources it supports "spamming." Azlan is very helpful along the way too.

That said, the user interface is a bit confusing. Using it itself is easy once you get your mind around it, but for some reason the interface is constrained to like 200x400 pixels and it doesn't behave like a static window with a few menus - it behaves more like a tab strip with no tabs. It's also a little slow to collect all the data - obviously because it searches Google, Yahoo and Bing to find URLs, and that processing is going to take time. Just a caveat.

The interface really isn't that big of a deal, since Azlan is there to walk you through it and he's very helpful.

Conclusion: If you can find a way to make money off of people who run blogs / WordPress.com sites or of course the other sources (Feedjit, Wowzio, etc.) I'd definitely recommend checking this out.


Edit: there's also an ad for his SeductiveX which I assume is a pretend-internet-girl bot all over the program. You can see this in the screenshots. No idea why it's everywhere though.

This looks interesting. This method is fairly new to me so I guess my question would be how many webmasters check their referring logs? Any stats on that from either azlan or refrozen?

Frankly I was also skeptical when I first decided to built this. Especially after some experience using PRStorm & MagicTrafficBot. But I always believed that webmaster do check their log because I do too. So when I started developing RefererX I thought of doing something different. That was when I noticed that there're lots of other logs that PRStorm & MagicTrafficBot are not capable of penetrating into, especially logs based on JavaScript. So after few testing I started to notice something. As I was expected, most webmaster that uses latest logs mainly base on JavaScript, do check their log quite frequently. And that is translated into the amount of return traffic that I managed to get. Well at first few version the return traffic is between 0.3-5% of the total visited websites but as the software become more mature, its capabilities also grow. Now I'm expecting return traffic between 2-12%. In fact surprisingly some of my clients experience even higher as high as 50%. Well I guess reviews speak louder than my own words. Just google and you'll find those.

Thats not bad, so if I see this right you can penetrate 244 million sites so:

244,000,000 x .004 (.4% on avg?) = 976k?

If so, that sounds pretty amazing especially for some blog related offers.

Well yes that's true, if we're able to reach those numbers. As you know the only way for us to know those sites are through search engine. So if you can get a good variety of keywords, that will surely helps.
