Looking For a Tech Savvy writer.
I am not worried about price so much, as I am about quality of contents. Ideally, I am looking for someone with a great deal of experience with PHP, and experience in other technologies is a huge plus. I need posts in a how to style written for my personal site, along side tutorials on another site (the tutorials are on a much tighter budget).
