USA PayPal user can add vcc but this will not verify their account but increase their spending limit.

Yes, you will get the 4-digit code after adding my VCC. You will get complete details.

Note:
USA PayPal needs bank account in order to get verified where as by adding VCC the spending limit will be increased.

Hi,
There's nothing like that, Many people use VCC to verify their 2nd or 1st paypal account for different reasons like (non supported country - no bank/credit card etc)

PayPal limit your account when someone complains about you or PP think you are doing some illegal stuff etc

PayPal never limit account because of adding VCC.

Just bought and used 2 of secondeye's VCC - worked like a charm. Paid, got an email back an hour later, used the VCC and got 2 brand new verified paypal accounts within 2 hours. What more can I ask for? excellent service, especially for this price - will use it again very soon. A++
