I am really going to give you all the tools you need to try and make your website, or your program since I have access to a ton of niches and variety of content types. However, there are going to be some terms to this deal.

Available Assets:

Terms:
* $300.00 Down Payment. This covers 1 site design (optional: Zuzanna additional cost).
* 12 Month Web Hosting is Required/Until You are Paid in Full.
* Minimum $150.00 a Month Payment.
* Contract is Required.
* License & 2257 Not Delivered Until PIF.
* Must Remain Current on Monthly Hosting & Development Fees.

With the additional resources, they are going to be optional. So you are going to have cost associated with some of them. For example, an assistant writing 1000 descriptions for you and putting them into a spreadsheet is going to cost.

On your pay tube site, pay site, web site you can keep all revenue generated from it. No revenue split. Whether you are doing a clip store, membership site, whatever. However, you need to maintain your monthly development and web hosting payments. You will most likely need a QuadCore for this btw.

You cannot move your site, or content until you are paid in full. If you stop paying, your contract is void and I can continue to develop it, or sell it off to recoup the expense. If you license more content before you are paid in full, that's fine. You simply need to continue hosting until you are completely paid off. You can also opt to pay off your debt early. Content will be loaded on to your server at the data center.

Delivery time will vary based on designer workload, and your final approval of design work. No work will be scheduled with designer until payment is made and signed contract received.
