I was never a big fan of security - better try and fail than never try at all! So I suppose I am the 0.001% because for me it works even legal. I mean if you just want to evase taxes this is quite simple but can cost some real money (like setting up a company in the swiss). I am offering quite the cheap version for the budget-webmaster.

But anyone can do tax evasion and I doubt that your number is right ;-). Just the number of tax evasor's I know would tip the scale

Last I checked tax evasion was illegal, ie: some actual jail time, can't put you in jail for something thats not illegal.
