Is it like a real cloud or just a VPS? E.g. do you have an interface to launch them instantly and scale the memory and space?

Yes unlike most other providers this is TRUE cloud. You can create virtual machines in minutes and scale them almost instantly.

Do you offer extra IPs for each instance? Is there a limit? How much?

Correct we offer upto 16 IP's no problem anything more than that requires an explanation since we dont allow spam or mass emails. It is a dollar for each additional ip monthly.

I just need IPs for sites, and would like them to be in different class C subnets. How many class C subnets can you offer?

Just to clarify we do not sell IP's by themselves you would have to get a server with us. You can get upto two /29's, anymore ip's would require justification. IF used for spam they will get blacklisted.

In the next week or so we will be pushing out some updates and new features to our GigeNET cloud servers product. A lot of changes are in the back end, code cleanup, efficiency. Some new features though will include:

1) Cloning / Snapshots of your Cloud Server
2) Scheduled Backups of your Cloud Server
3) DNS Hosting
4) Ability to build a new Cloud Server off of a snapshot / template
5) SSL - VPN Access to private network
6) RWHOIS / IP Address SWIP

We also upgraded most of the nodes to 5620 from 5520 processors. We also added another SAN Cluster to the network. We learned alot from the first couple of SANS which we have applied to the new one. We at some point will need to make a small adjustment to the other SANS in the next couple of weeks and everything should be smooth sailing from there.

We have a huge list of features coming out after this release some of which I cannot divulge at the moment but they will be pretty cool.
