Heheheheh I forgot to add that when you are dealing with mass volumes of blackhat/greyhat bandwidth such as xrumer blasts, LFE, proxies, scrapebox and such then FDC is probably the most tolerant US based datacenter out there. You won't be spammed with stuff like "Emergency! Emergency! Zomg! One of your IPs shows up on stopblogcommentspam.com zomg! you must stop it or we will have to shut you down!"

FDC knows the law and knows what to ignore and what not to.

Add 99.93% uptime to the equation and they aren't such a bad deal for a shitton of bandwidth at crazy low prices.

Which is fine if they actually had 99.93% on their client's servers. That website only tests against their home page, which most hosting providers have excellent uptime on their own home pages.

1) Serving things that require BULK connections like proxies, image hosting, bittorrent.

2) Offline data processing

3) Someone to vent to
