Hello,

I am offering my services to you. I will get you into almost any CPA network out there.

Before you read on, please be advised before I can apply you will need to give me:

1) A USA address + name to apply with
2) An email address to apply with
3) A sample site (not required but I might get denied if I can't show them something)

^^ That's IT. I will fill in the application, including how "I" drive traffic and questions such as those.

Price per network: $60 - pay within 36 hours after acceptance. If you want more than 5, price drops to $55 per network.

Turn around time per network: 10 business days (usually much sooner)
I give myself this much time just in case the network takes forever to call me and won't allow me to call them to speed up my application.

Restrictions: Any private network, EWA, CPA Tank, Neverblue, CX Digital Media, Hydra. This list is subject to change. I also can't fill out any W9 while applying (only a couple have this), if they ask me for SSN I will put 000-00-0000 in the field or leave it blank.

Payment: You can pay via credit card - I will set up a dummy landing page and put a buy it now button with Google Checkout. I never see your CC information.

If you want you can also arrange a direct deposit. I DON'T ACCEPT PAYPAL.

If you only have Paypal, buy a VCC for the amount you owe me and send the VCC provider your Paypal funds. My paypal is limited and it's a bitch because I need to wait 21 days to get the cash anyways.

I don't offer any support after the approval so you need to change the phone number in the account immediately. I know I'm new here, but you only pay after I accept you so there's no risk.

I personally call the networks, this is not outsourced. If you don't pay me I will get your account banned quicker than you can say "Chargeback".
