The Black Donnellys to be cancelled - petition inside - WickedFire - Affiliate Marketing Forum

If you are a fan of the show as I am, sign this petition to keep The Black Donnellys around. NBC is moving the show to Friday nights, replacing the Monday spot with a show called "Crashers", based around the movie Wedding Crashers. The season will run in full on Fridays, but are no longer slated to run a second season.

Below is a blog with a Digg link for the petition. Yes it is my blog, but the only reason I'm posting the link is because I think taking action to keep the show on the air is important to those who enjoy the show.

If you haven't watched The Black Donnellys yet, NBC has all the episodes online (and of course you could always get them through torrents for better quality).

Meh.

Has anyone ever heard of one of these online petition things actually working? I heard that Arrested Development was saved by one, but I never saw any actual proof that the thing works.

In affiliate terms... This is like spending a lot of energy to build a site, and one of your pages just doesn't earn you money, no matter how much PPC you put on to it. You're bleeding money. But then, a small group of people start a petition to keep the page up. Would you?

I wouldn't.

Its a stupid show. Good riddance.

Who's brilliant idea was it to put a bunch of drunken brawling irish boys on TV.
There's already a show like that on TV, it's called Soccer.

I watched 3 minutes of the first episode and couldn't bare to watch the rest. Those petitions never work either. Sorry

Actually an online petition was one of the reasons they brought Family Guy back.
