I'm going to assume there's probably a large majority of people that don't bother with these white hat bloggers, but I think this is a pretty good little resource. I don't think there's any real data behind it, except for a bunch of seo'ers agreeing and disagreeing on what works and what doesn't. It's a good starting point for anyone getting into basic SEO techniques. |

The only problem with this type of stuff is that if you do it all, it's almost sure that you'll get over optimized penalty. And when people are reading these lists, they are thinking about how to beat the algo which is the wrong way. The goal is to beat the first guy in specific keyword and that you can do more easily by reverse engineering the site and backlinks and imitating those values.
