So I'm in a fairly awkward situation right now. Here's the story.
When I opened my first paypal account I was too young to have a bank account so my father had to open it up in his name for me. That was maybe 9 years ago. Now that I am starting to make some decent money I would like to change it so everything is in my name. Since paypal makes it nearly impossible to change the name on the account even if it is just the first name I think I am going to have to open a new account. Not only will I lose my Paypal status but I have a very large number of recurring subscriptions that I cannot afford to lose. Has anyone ever had any experience with this before? I tried to contact paypal support by email but going on past experiences it will be a week before I hear back. And the last time I tried support by phone I got someone who was obviously reading from a manual. - Kyle |
